Request For Remote Assistance Session
Please note the following when requesting for a Remote Assistance Session:
1. Please remember to download the Teamviewer software from www.teamviewer.com, and install the Teamviewer software before you submit this Remote Assistance Request.
2. Please remember to leave your computer switched on, and the Teamviewer software switched on before submitting this Remote Assistance Request.
3. Please leave your internet modem connection switched on.
4. Remote Assistance Sessions are based on first-come-first-serve request. Bookings should be made at least 2 working days in advance.
5. The datacentre reserves the right to postpone and/or reject any Remote Assistance Request application.

Working Timing
Working Time for Remote Assistance Team:
Monday - Friday
10:30AM to 0530PM. Excluding Public Holidays, eve of Chinese New Year and Christmas Day
Cut Off Time: 430PM for last request
Please submit your request at least 2 working days in advance so that the Remote Assistance Team may allocate standby agent to attend to your request. Last minute ad-hoc request will be attended to based on a case-by-case basis as well as the availability of the standby agent. The Remote Assistance Team reserved the rights to re-schedule any last minute ad-hoc request based on availability of the Remote Assistance Team.
