Please keep your password in a safe location, there will be an administrative charge of SGD 10.70 for resetting of your password.

1. FTP Account Password - You will receive an Welcome Email with your FTP login information.
2. Lost Password - If for some reason you have forgotten your FTP account password , please email [email protected] asking us to reset your password for you. Please include the domain on file. Your password will be sent to the email address on file with Ventue Domain Hosting.
